From 2nd. July, the Spanish government requires all arrivals to Spain to present on entry one of the following: a negative COVID-19 test; or proof of vaccination at least 14 days before arrival.
All passengers entering Spain are still required to complete a pre-travel declaration form. Before travel to Spain, all passengers travelling by air or sea must complete and sign an online Health Control Form no more than 48 hours prior to travel declaring any known history of exposure to COVID-19 and giving contact details.
Anyone who has not completed this form electronically via the Spain Travel Health website or app, may submit it in paper format prior to boarding.
On arrival into Spanish airports, you may be subject to the following requirements at the point of entry:
– Present the QR code (hardcopy or digital) issued on completion of the online Health Control Form prior to travel.
– Undergo a temperature check
– Undergo a visual health assessment
Travellers should follow the advice of the local authorities on how best to protect themselves and others, including any measures that they bring in to control the virus.

Recommendation for the use of masks in Galicia:
Masks are masks are mandatory at all times for everyone over six years old, even when a safety distance of 1.5 m can be maintained.
Exceptions:
◦ Outdoors, only while smoking as long as a safety distance of 2 m can be maintained.
◦ While practicing physical or sport activities indoors, sports which require the use of specific courts, such as tennis, paddle, squash or on sports fields, only during the practice of these specific activities.
Hotels, bars and restaurants:
• Masks, must be left on except when you are drinking or eating.
Wearing the mask properly is important in order to ensure its efficacy. If the mask is not adjusted properly, it does not protect as it should.
